TRAVEL A LA CARTE'S PROGRAMME FOR 2007

Summer 2006 proved to be a lot busier than we ever expected it to be. There was once again a great deal of repeat business which was great and I spent a lot of time catching up with friends and with people who obviously love the island and are returning for their second or thirtieth visit!!!

We have no new properties on the island for 2007 but have retained our hand-picked selection of villas with pools, village houses and apartments and we can also book you into one of a hand-picked selection of hotels in Corfu Town, if you would like, or need because of flight timings, to spend a couple of nights there.

The new properties added last year had mixed results and we have therefore dropped Loggos Cottage for 2007. Gallikos on the other hand is a very special property in a great location and proved to be very popular. Also very popular – hardly surprisingly - was the Manor House. All the apartments there were full for most of the summer and this looks likes being the case again for 2007.

We have a new way of working this year: because of the increased flexibility that it provides, we are for 2007 working exclusively through the website rather than using a printed brochure. In addition, the website has been redesigned so that you can either book a complete package through the ‘Inclusive Holidays’ section of the site, or accommodation only through the ‘Tailor Made’ section.

We are still offering traditional charter flights from London Gatwick and several regional airports or you may alternatively make your own travel arrangements. You might also like to know that for 2007 there will be a new GB Airways scheduled service from London Gatwick to Corfu on four days a week, although not all the flight timings are particularly convenient for onward connections to Paxos, and a new seaplane service from Brindisi to Corfu. Alternatively, you might like to travel via Venice, Ancona, Bari, or Athens. We can provide information if you would like us to.

Bookings for 2007 are going really well, with many properties already booked for peak dates in July and August, so if you already know when you want to travel we would advise you to BOOK NOW in order to avoid disappointment.
